    脑力菲尔普斯——关于跑步这件事

     
    还真不记得自己是从什么时候开始养成跑步习惯的,可能是6、7年前吧,甚至更早一些。我承认中间经常出现“三天打渔,N天晒网”的情况,但偶尔也会出现一天不跑就难受的时候。可无论如何,这些年也都坚持下来了,这对于意志品质一向有点薄弱的我来说是为什么呢?简要概括的话,原因有三:
    1、工作需要。别以为我是体育老师或运动员,我从业这些年赖以生存的只靠这颗项上人头,而脑力风暴也是我近来参与最多的事情,无论在公司会议室、路上、床上还是马桶上……差点忘了说,效率最高的地方是在我跑步的路上。
    2、身体需要。我发现本人基本还是易胖体质!说实话,小时候我的身形堪比豆芽菜,4、5年级才40多斤,随后体重跟着身高的变化也仅仅算不情愿的增加着,但总的来说依然很瘦。然而这种情况在我21岁的时候突然改变,那年我可是在身高不变的情况下疯长40斤肉,以至于同学聚会时没人认出我、体检时被警告有脂肪肝征兆、买裤子没号 …… 靠!跑步吧那就!
    3、精神需要。跑步不是抽大麻,和精神有关吗?答案是肯定的,而且这个理由对我来说最为重要。我没统计过我一天的站立时间是多久,估计不超过2小时,而剩下的时间不是坐着就是躺着了。OK,网上有调查表明,我国几乎是个全民缺乏运动的国家,而运动不仅能让你活得更有质量,也会给疲惫的脑力劳动者一次难得的工间机会,这个本人体会尤深。
    突然,脑子不转了,就写这么多,决定立即睡觉!
    最后奉劝一句,如果你觉得工作很累,那就休息吧,但休息的方式绝不限于吃和睡,还有跑步!!
